This notice explains what Fractal SAAS Inc., carrying on business as FireDepartment.Online (“we”, “us”), does with personal information when you visit this website.

The short version: this site is a set of pages to read. It has no accounts, no forms, and no payment. We do not use analytics cookies. If you email us, we keep the email.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard server logs when a page is requested: the IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser identification string. We use those logs only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. They are retained by the host for a limited period and are not combined with anything else.

The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Every contact link on this site is a plain email address. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply, and we keep the correspondence as a business record. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Our permits product lives at firepermit.online and handles resident and department information on behalf of municipalities. It has its own privacy policy, which applies there and not here.

Under PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. For this site that will almost always be the emails you have sent us. Write to info@firedepartment.online.
